Without a doubt, he is Imo State’s number one Standup comedian and Master of Ceremony.
MC Tboy has remained the only Imo artist to host an annual show, that have attracted audience from within and outside the country.
The last edition of the Jollof Jokes took place during the UGM siege in Imo State, which forced residents to stay at home once it was 6pm, but for MC TBoy, they dared the elements to attend the show.
TheCity met up with this Imo celebrity to expose him to the world:
My name is Samuel Chinaza Ebenezer, you call me MC Tbomboy.
I’m a native of Imo State. I’m from a family of 7. We are 5 girls 2 boys and I’m the first son and the 5th child. (basically I senior just 2 people. A boy and a girl. And they are twins).
I’m a graduate of Computer Science from the Federal University of Agriculture, Umudike, Umuahia.
I’m a media consultant and an OAP, also a Comedian and the CEO of JOLLOF JOKES concert in Owerri (very popular).
I’m from a poor home and a Christian background but God’s have used me to bless everyone.
I love music
I love comedy,
I love radio,
I travell a lot
I love making friends and chilling out. Am not lazy o. But I love eating hotdogs and seeing movies.
My parents are business people.
I am a very simple person and a lovable person (February baby). Am amazing too.. (laughs). And am a soft hearted person. Small thing. Am emotional.
I don’t look like what I’ve been through, I’ve loved I’ve been loved, I’ve cheated, have been cheated on and I have scaled through.
I Love Everybody, all my friends and fans everywhere, Same way they Love me and my Brand.
I could stake my life for my “Friends”; Am not handsome but I could give my “hands” to someone that needs my help.
